2010 was an amazing year of growth for me.

My word for last year was Thrive and I did just that.
I was a perfectionist who was afraid to fail and thus would not try anything new.
Well, I was able to push past all of that and I took a sewing class. I was TERRIFIED and almost cancelled a few times. Boy am I glad that I didn't! I love sewing.
I also refinished my first piece of furniture!
I think this is what I am most proud of from 2010.

I just stumbled upon your blog and was hooked when I read your description of yourself. I too and a born again Christian, mother of 2, and am married to a man who makes me laugh. My perfectionist tendancies sometimes limit me, but I'm working on it. Wow, from this post, you sure have busted out of your comfort zone this year. Kudos to you!
ReplyDeleteAnyways, nice to meet you and Happy New Year.
Loved looking back at your great projects, Amy! Still loving that dresser:) The fabric on that clothespin apron is so cute!
