Outside Play Caddy

I don't know about you...
but when I take the kids outside to play I have to take several trips to get everything outside: coffee, camera, cell phone, bubbles, sunscreen, wet wipes, water, snacks, etc.

I saw this unused cleaning caddy in our garage and knew that it would make things
so much easier for me. Just one trip!

Uh-huh! Oh yeah!
(I am doing the Cabbage Patch in case you can't see through my computer screen)

Putting a magazine in there was just wishful thinking on my part,
but I thought that if a moment presented itself I wanted to be ready. *wink*

**sigh**
I just love to watch my kids play outside:)

I hope that this is helpful and that you have a wonderful summer!!!

NOTE: These photos were taken before Travis' broken leg and when the sun was actually shining here in Nor Cal. (It is raining currently and I am in jeans and a hoodie right now. Hello weather, it's JUNE!)

This is such a great idea, I always seem to be running back in the house for something I forgot, this is perfect for those days out in the garden!

What an awesome idea! Trying to get three boys 2 and under outside PLUS my stuff takes FOREVER!! Not to mention all of this stuff piles up on my counter. I need to take out hats for the little boys, bubbles, suncreen, bug spray, etc,. Thanks for sharing this idea!!!

First, I totally knew you were doing the Cabbage Patch, even before I read it. Second, genius idea!!

What a great idea!

I just went to the store to stock up on some summer essentials (sidewalk chalk, bubbles etc) and was thinking I needed a caddy to hold it all...great idea!

I host a weekly Friday link party I would love you to join if you are interested!

Love this idea. I usually make at least a dozen trips in and out of the house. Thank you so much for linking up to More The Merrier Monday. I can't wait to see what you come up with next week.

Great minds, Amy... I just dug an old basket out of the basement to carry everything outside. I was sick of having to come back in to get snacks, so I just pack them up with the phone, etc. when we go out so when they get hungry later, I'm ready :)

That's a great idea, it seems like I am always running all around the house trying to gather up things whenever we head out. It would be lovely not to have to do that for once! I'm sorry it's rainy in Nor Cal, now that I don't live there anymore I always remember it with nostalgia and forget about all that rain!

I so need to do this. Great tip!

I am seeing this in my car since we don't have a garden. It would be perfect for keeping my car organized though. Thanks for sharing.

Okay, genius!! That's all I can say.
