Yep, those eggs are green.

We have Ameraucana's and they are nicknamed the "Easter Egg Chicken"

because they lay different colored eggs: green, blue, pinkish brown, etc.

Each hen has her own color. Notice the variations in the colors?

6 of our new babies are also Ameraucana's and I am hoping we get a new color:)

Yep, it's that time of year again!

Baby Chicks!

 We got 12 new babies and right now they are living in my dining room in a plastic bin.

We have them all set up with "chick starter" feed, water and a heat lamp.

I could sit and play with them all day, they are so soft and cute!
