Sweet baby B

This is my daughter Brooklyn.
She has such a strong sense of morality and empathy.
She loves school and soccer and adores her little brother.
I am so blessed by her.

I woke up this morning to find this on my bathroom counter:
She made me a necklace and a bracelet!

Isn't that note so sweet? And maybe a little strange? But mostly sweet:)

Thank you sweet Baby B!

She has been hugging me all morning and telling me what a great mom I am. **Melt** She said that I am the best mom ever because I give her surprises and make her skirts and let her stay up late with me the other night. I am thinking that her love languages are gifts, quality time and touch(She loves to snuggle).

This is my life and I love it.

This is one of those memory moments that will be treasured always. Being able to document this here, you will always have it to look back on....in your own words...exactly as you see now...you will see it always! Beautiful!

Wonderful post, Amy! I love the note and how much thought she put into her gift. It's nice to learn what makes them happy- such little things that make a world of difference in their lives (and ours!). She's a sweetheart and she does have a WONDERFUL mother!
xoxo,
Amy

love languages... I think it's so important to know what "language" our loved ones speak! (and our own)
